Our organization
Olentangy Rowing Club is a 501(c)(3) organization.
ORC is a volunteer organization. Our parent and community volunteers keep our organization thriving. Being an approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we have a board that are elected by the parents of the Club. The Board Members oversee team operations and long-term planning. Additionally, there are several committees chaired by parents that are always welcome for new volunteers.

Marketing & Social Media

Manages official social media accounts and marketing efforts of the Club.

Regatta Experience
Chair: Becky Barlow
Regatta experience includes coordinating food and tent needs, hotel room blocks, set up and tear down of regatta tent site, and more.
**Multiple volunteers always needed.**
Uniforms
Chair: Michelle Kariker
Coordinates all uniform needs for the season. Includes working with suppliers, gathering orders, and communication to parents.
Fundraising
Chair: Colleen Restivo
Coordinates all fundraising efforts for the Club, including: Dine & Donate Nights, Online Auctions, Matching Gifts, Kroger Rewards, Sponsorships and more.
Facilities & Equipment
Chair: Josh Barlow
Oversees facility maintenance of boatyard, erg room, and regatta tent equipment. Includes coordinating boatyard cleanup 2-3x year, storing boats for winter, and more.
Social Events
Chair: OPEN
Coordinates multiple social events throughout the seasons; including: Pasta Dinners and End of Year Banquet.
