EXPERIENCE THE "3 Cs" OF ORC ROWING: Camaraderie, Competition, and Conditioning
ORC rowers develop tight bonds and lifelong friendships. They depend on and support their teammates and work together as a single unit.
ORC rowers compete and have a long history of success at the highest levels, against teams from Ohio, the Midwest, and across the United States.
ORC rowers, through dedication and conditioning, develop an elite level of fitness, strength, mental fortitude, and a strong sense of accomplishment.
Offering a Path to Collegiate Rowing
ORC rowers have thrived at many NCAA programs including Ohio State, Virginia, Texas, Wisconsin, Syracuse, San Diego, Indiana, Michigan State, Tennessee, Stetson, and many more! All of them first learned to row during their middle or high school years.

Tour the Facilities
The ORC Compound at Alum Creek Reservoir
Launching from our dock on the west shore of Alum Creek Lake (parking at Alum Creek Sailing Association).
The compound houses ~20 racing shells, oars, coaches' launches, and team trailer.
The site has proven to be an ideal venue, with more than 10,000 meters of rowable shoreline along scenic backdrops.
The ORC Erg Room
When weather keeps us off the water, rowers train and condition at our indoor erg facility.
This also serves as our winter conditioning space.
The erg room houses erg bikes and ~25 rowing machines.
