USRowing Waiver (Online)
USRowing requires all participants sign an online waiver and pay a nominal fee. This must be done annually and before the first regatta of each competitive season. You can sign your waiver and check your status by clicking on the button below.

The following forms are required of all ORC athletes before participating in any activities. Please download, review, sign, scan and upload completed forms. Alternatively, signed forms may be hand-delivered to any ORC coach.
